Breathing is the premise of life. The COVID-19, a global pandemic has gripped the throat of the earth that requiring entire human race to work together. When the virus unleashing its devastating power that cost countless human lives, more individuals in worldwide are standing up to do their best to save the lives. 

Ms Deng, a young female entrepreneur in China, who operated her mask factory to meet the world’s supply in the hardest time; Robert, a second-generation entrepreneur in Munich, who runs a dozen private hospitals and faced with a Gordian knot on medical ethic: how to balance the high restrictions on visitors and the most essential medical and emotional needs from patients; Dr. Scorsetti, a doctor fighting in the first line of emergency room in the Crema of Italy, where has the highest number of confirmed positive case, who was forced to face extreme physical and mental workload to save the lives. But at the same time, she also struggled in the dilemma of medical ethic due to the shortage of medical supplies; Danny, an EMT at an ambulance company in New York, who is now fighting at the frontline in New York City to transport positive aged patients from hospitals to nursing homes and other private residences. 

In an era of globalization, no one and no country can be immune from a global pandemic. This documentary follows four individual’s story in the COVID-19, presenting how ordinary people are something extraordinary in the pandemic. From these verité stories, we could those individuals who have been standing behind ourselves and fighting with these scourges to all mankind.
